At this year’s festival we have been asked to organise the champion beer of the west midlands strong bitters category.

We will be hosting this on the Thursday evening with a panel of judges blind tasting the six finalists.  The winner will be announced at the festival.  So come along and be one of the first to try the new champion beer.

As always our infamous tombola will be up and running with our auction taking place on Saturday afternoon

Food will be available at all sessions in the form of a pig roast and various other options.

Saturday night we will again be having live music starting at approximately 8.30 pm (band to be announced in the near future)

Festival glasses will be available at the door with a returnable deposit if you choose not to keep your glass.

A selection of traditional pub games will be in the games area for anyone wishing to chance their skills (these are free).

Look out for our membership stand where you can join Camra and probably get a free beer on us.

For the drivers - tea, coffee and soft drinks will be on sale at the bowls club bar.  Children will be allowed up until 8.00pm if accompanied by an adult and remain in the bowls green area of the club.

Again this year we are keeping the entry fee at £1.00 every session making us one of the most competitive festivals going.

Our chosen charity this year is’ Help for Heroes’ so we trust you will all support this worthy cause as best you can.

So we hope to see you all at Rugby's premier festival and enjoy the quality ales on offer.
